What exactly is a credit?

1 credit = 1 business record you download. Filter first, then pay only for the records that end up in your export. Credits never expire.

What happens if a search returns nothing?

You pay nothing. Credits are only used for records you actually download.

Does every business come with an email address?

No. Typically 15-20% of businesses publish an email on their website. Every email we find is verified automatically and flagged ACTIVE or INACTIVE, and the rest of the record (phone, website, social profiles, ad-pixel data) is still included.

Yes. Creating an account costs nothing, and every new account starts with 20 free credits, enough to download about 20 full business records and see the data for yourself. The live demo needs no account at all. You buy credits only when you want more.

Where does the data come from?

From publicly listed Google Maps entries and from the businesses' own websites. We never guess a value: if something is not listed, the field comes back empty.

Which export formats do you support?

XLSX, CSV, JSON and XML. Field names and their order never change; a column appears whenever at least one business in your export has that data. Sample files are available in the Sample output section.

Are reviews and images included?

The first page of reviews and photos comes with every record at no extra cost. If you want more, set how many reviews and photos to pull per business; beyond the first page, 10 reviews or 10 photos cost 1 credit, and only what is actually delivered is charged.

If something goes wrong with a purchase or a download, write to us and we will sort it out. Unused credits stay in your account and never expire.

1. Who Provides the Service

Business Monster is the trading name of Türker Erdinç Çap, a sole proprietor registered in Türkiye.

"We", "us" and "Business Monster" in these Terms refer to this provider. By creating an account or buying credits you enter into an agreement with this provider.

2. Definitions

"Platform": The web-based software service at businessmonster.co, including the dashboard and the API
"User", "you": Any individual or entity that registers on or uses the Platform
"Credits": The prepaid units used to pay for searches. 1 credit = 1 business record
"Service": The Platform, technical support and all related services

3. Account and Access

You create an account by signing in with Google or Facebook. There is no separate password
Every new account receives 20 free credits once, so you can test the Service before buying
There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no monthly limit. You pay only for what you use
Each user may only create one account
You are responsible for the security of your account and your API keys
Account access is non-transferable and may not be shared with or resold to third parties

4. Credits, Pricing and Payment

1 credit = 1 business record, including all available fields for that business
Reviews and photos are optional. The first page of each is included at no extra cost; beyond it, 10 reviews = 1 credit and 10 photos = 1 credit, per business
Credits are bought in advance in one-time purchases. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged in US dollars
When a search starts we reserve an estimated amount of credits. When it finishes we charge only what was actually delivered and release the rest
No results, no charge. A search that returns nothing costs nothing
Credits never expire while your account is open. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts
You can set a spending cap on any individual search
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: used credits are not refundable, unused purchases can be refunded within 14 days

5. The API

The Platform offers a REST API. It runs the same searches and spends the same credits as the dashboard, at no extra cost
API keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret; requests made with your key are charged to your balance
Fair-use rate limits apply per key and are documented in the API reference. Do not attempt to bypass them
You may revoke a key at any time in the dashboard, and we may revoke a key that is being abused

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform for:

Finding and researching potential customers for your own business
Market, competitor and location research
Lawful marketing and sales outreach
Accessing publicly available business information
Building your own tools on top of our API

7. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited:

Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, and contacting people without a lawful basis
Unauthorized collection or sale of personal data, and reselling our data as a standalone database
Illegal, deceptive or fraudulent activities
Use that violates the terms of service of a third party
Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing the Platform or its source code
Sharing, reselling or sublicensing your account or API keys
Sending harmful, misleading or harassing content to anyone you found through the Platform
Circumventing rate limits, credit charges or any other technical control

8. Your Responsibilities

The Platform is a tool. You are responsible for how you use it and for what you do with the data you export, including:

Compliance with local and international law (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA, CAN-SPAM and similar)
Having a lawful basis for contacting the businesses and people in your exports, and honouring opt-out requests
Compliance with the terms of the platforms you use to reach them
The content and accuracy of the messages you send

9. Data and Its Sources

Records come from publicly listed Google Maps entries and from the businesses' own websites
We report only what is published. If a field is not listed, it comes back empty; we do not guess values
Business information changes constantly. We do not warrant that any record is complete, current or accurate
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform are reserved
Source code, design, algorithms and interface are our trade secrets
Buying credits grants you the right to use the Service; it transfers no ownership in the Platform
The results you export are yours to use within these Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Fitness for a particular purpose
Continued compatibility with third-party platforms
Completeness or accuracy of collected data

Liability limit: In any case our total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms
Detection of illegal or abusive use
Payment problems, including a chargeback filed without contacting us

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. Unused credits are forfeited on closure and are not refunded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and significant changes are announced by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first addressed amicably. Write to business.mnstr@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue
Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkey
Consumers keep the protection rights granted by the laws of their own country
